Rebecca Tone

Rebecca is a community and social change leader with years of non-profit leadership experience. She is the Managing Director of The Chappell Culpeper Family Foundation. Rebecca is passionate about working towards equitable social change and has worked at prominent organizations such as United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, the national office of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Family Service Foundation, and Better Tomorrows to alleviate inequality. She has also worked as a consultant with many organizations in the Philadelphia region. 

She is active civically; her past and present community service includes Girls Inc of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, YMCA of Burlington County Development
