Programs & Services of ADEPT Programs

ADEPT Programs provides opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to live and work in the community alongside other members of society. It is the most cost-effective program in the DDD system, focusing the majority of its resources on the needs of its participants.

Throughout each individual program, we strive to open doors, provide new experiences, and challenge the participant to grow and learn.

Self-suffiency is promoted through supportive training and personal assistance developed jointly with each person. As the individual gains confidence and ability, he or she is offered increased independance and a wide-range of activity and opportunity.

Personal Assistance

Staff presence is available 24 hours, as needed, yet never impedes individual aspirations. The goal is to insure that participant's community living experience is well-rounded and yet secure.

Supports are provided to the degree required by each person in the program. Each individual is involved in the determination of his or her level of need.
